At manstoff, we aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Exchange Policy

• We offer an exchange-only policy. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• A delivery charge of ₹200 per item will be applied and must be paid through online payment methods only. (Cash on Delivery is not accepted for exchange fees.)
• Only size exchanges are allowed.
• You may exchange your item with any available product from our store, subject to stock availability.

Please include your Order ID when contacting us, and our team will assist you with the process.

Important Guidelines

• A 360-degree parcel opening video is required at the time of unboxing to process any complaints related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.
• No exchange or complaint will be accepted without this video.
• Once your returned item is delivered back and passes our quality check, your replacement item will be shipped.
• If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be asked to ship the item back to us. The return address will match the one on your Label/Invoice.
• If a scheduled pickup is missed or canceled, the customer is responsible for sending the item via courier.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only in special cases such as damaged or incorrect items and require team approval.
• Refunds will be issued within 3–4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are processed to your Bank / UPI / Wallet / Original method of payment (Prepaid Orders only).

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In their original condition and packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows any signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 93131 13993 with a 360-degree unboxing video.

We cannot process complaints without this video.
